The October issue of Empire magazine contains a two-page look at Carey Mulligan’s upcoming film “Suffragette”. Thanks to Luciana at Jessica Chastain Network, you can find digital scans in the gallery.
I’ve just updated the gallery with screen captures of Carey Mulligan from her webseries “The Walker”, this time from episodes 1.02, 1.04 and 1.05. You can watch the first five episodes over at Refinery29’s YouTube channel.
A new “Suffragette” poster has been released via PEOPLE and Entertainment Weekly and you can view it in full in the gallery. I also replaced this poster with a higher-quality version.
Thanks to our lovely friend Luciana at Amy Adams Fan, I’ve just added scans from the July issue of Empire Australia and the August 21 issue of Entertainment Weekly.
We have now completely moved over to our new server and are running at full speed on our new domains carey-mulligan.com and carey-mulligan.org. There is a temporary redirect from our old .net domain, but that is only for a short period of time, so please bookmark these new domains.
You may also notice there are no longer any intermediate pictures in the gallery. From now on, when you click on a thumbnail, you will be given the full picture, resized to fit in with your browser and the gallery theme – just right click on it to save on its original size.
As previously announced, Carey Mulligan is set to appear in an 8-part webseries called “The Walker”. You can watch the first episode, “What Being A Celebrity Escort Is Like” on YouTube, and screen captures have now been added to the gallery.
The term “The Walkers” first appeared in a 1970s Women’s Wear Daily article referring to “lifelong bachelors” (a.k.a. closeted gay men) who accompanied ladies to events when their husbands couldn’t. This series is a modern-day interpretation of what it means to be the ultimate plus one in a world of reality TV and celebrity friendships.
Meet Walker, a man with too many best friends — both real and fake. On one hand, he has his socialites. On the other, he’s got his close-knit group of besties. However, he’ll soon find out that friendship is a tricky business. Especially when it’s your business.
It has been announced online today that “Suffragette” will be opening in the UK three weeks earlier than originally intended. The new date has been set as 12 October; this date is the first Monday following the film’s European Premiere as the Opening Night of the BFI London Film Festival on 7 October 2015. To coinside with this news, another new poster has also been revealed and can be seen up in the gallery.
